Learning to live your days in positivity, kindness, and compassion changes the world around us. It may not seem like a whole lot, but every smile shared or kind word said to another is a light in an otherwise gloomy world.
Be the person others flock to because they love the calm feeling you radiate. Be the person who goes around giving to others rather than looking for every inch you can possibly take. Be the person who listens, judgement free and helps others feel less alone in the world. Be the person who loves themself so deeply, show the world what it actually looks like..

It all starts by being one with yourself. Do daily work to become a positive note in our world's symphony.

It's okay to feel exactly how I feel
I am beautiful from the inside out
Life is good, life is grand
I can create anything I want
Whatever I focus my attention on, is what I am going to see in the world around me
The world doesn't need my judgement, compassion is a much sweeter substitute
It's okay to take a break and rest when I need it
Taking time to care for my mind and body is just as important as my To-Do list
Think and speak kindly
Remind yourself of these often. Nothing will change the world like each of us uplifting ourselves and assisting each other. Let's do our part in becoming a more positive and kind community.
